GUIDELINE FOR INTERNATIONAL VIRTUAL INNOVATION COMPETITION

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Open to all UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS AND SCHOOL STUDENTS around the world.
2. There are TWO CATEGORIES:
   1. Undergraduate students
   2. School students
3. Participants may join as individuals or in groups of up to six (6) persons.
4. Participants are not required to attend physically to join the competition.
5. Theme: Empowering Generations: Advancing Knowledge through Science and Education
6. Presentation video duration: 8-10 minutes.
7. Upload the presentation video to YouTube. Ensure the video is set to "Public" and include the YouTube link in the provided registration form.
8. The video content should have
   • Participant’s Photo
   • Participant’s Name
   • Institution Name
   • Innovation Title
   • Presentation Based on Slides/Poster:
   • Introduction
   • Objectives
   • Flow Chart of Innovation Idea
   • Conclusion
   • References
9. Videos and slides/posters sent via email, WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, or other social media platforms will not be evaluated by the judging panel.
10. All innovations will be categorised into gold, silver, or bronze awards and will receive an e-certificate. Only special award recipients will receive a medal.
11. The winner will be announced during the closing ceremony of i-CASE 2025 on Dec 13, 2025, and on the conference website.
12. The decision of the judging panel is final.
13. Due date registration: 28 November 2025.
