GUIDELINES FOR POSTER PRESENTATION

1. The poster should include:
   1. title
   2. author(s)
   3. affiliation(s)
   4. background (contains an introduction, research gap & objectives)
   5. methodology
   6. findings (result & discussion)
   7. conclusion
   8. acknowledgements (if any)
   9. references
   10. contact information (QR code)
2. The poster should not be more than 500 words.
3. The poster size should be A1 in PORTRAIT form (594 x 841 mm) and preferably of light material.
4. Considering using:
   1. High-quality images, but be mindful of copyrights.
   2. APA format for tables.
   3. Fonts such as Helvetica, Arial or Calibri.
   4. A font size of at least 24 points; however, 32 points or bigger is recommended.
   5. Bold lettering for effectiveness, as long as its applied consistently and simply.
   6. Your creativity in designing the poster.
5. Stationeries for putting up posters will be provided.
6. Your poster board number will be provided to you during the registration process.
7. The time for putting up and removing the poster will be announced. Judging time will be during the coffee breaks/refreshments; thus, poster presenters must be present.
8. Winners for the best Poster Presenter will be announced during the Closing Ceremony.
